Do you have an initiation fee?

Yes, there is a one-time $750 initiation fee due upon joining.

Is membership limited to residents of Gatling Pointe, or open to non-residents?

While most of our members are residents of Gatling Pointe neighborhoods, we welcome any non-residents who would like to join our community.

Do you offer any membership specials?

Residents can waive the $750 initiation fee when they join GPYC within 30 days of moving into the Gatling Pointe neighborhood. We also offer referral specials exclusively for our current members—refer a friend to join and receive a free month of membership.

Can I bring guests? Is there a guest fee?

Members receive five (5) pool guest passes per year. Contact our manager for additional paid passes.

Is the Club open year-round?

Yes! We are open and host seasonal events year-round.

Can I tour the Club before joining?

Absolutely! A member of our team would love to meet you and show you around during business hours.

Is there a dress code?

We request casual attire in the dining room. Guests who are coming in from the pool must be dry and fully clothed.
